Course Overview
By the end of this course student will be able to:
1-Develop a model of plant processes that use natural resources to complete life process.
2-Compare the structure and function of the transport system in plants with the circulatory system in humans.
3-Develope a model to show how energy moves through an ecosystem.
4-Constract an explanation about how human activity can negatively impact an ecosystem.
5-Communicate the defining characteristics of the three states of matter.
6-Choose the appropriate tools to measure the size and volume of different kinds of materials in different states of matter.
7-Explain the relationship between changes in temperature, states of matter and mass.
8-Classify mixtures and compounds based on what happens when they are combined.
